The company has been growing 50-100% p.a., is led by a strong management team, has forged close partnerships with on-demand software industry leaders including Oracle and Salesforce.com, and is backed by strong financial investors who are looking for the company to continue driving rapid growth and value creation.
The Inside Sales Executive will have the opportunity to generate leads for the outside sales team, leveraging top-notch marketing campaigns, lead generating tools and partner relationships. This rapidly growing organization is in need of a highly motivated individual who looks forward to the challenge of helping in creating, building, and growing our business.
The Inside Sales Executive position will report directly to the VP of Sales and will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple teams throughout the organization to drive the companys long-term success and to drive immediate sales. They will have the opportunity to grow into more senior roles within the company, which is committed to promoting talent from within.

| Duties: | Prospect into targeted accounts; drive leads for the sales team
Utilize BigMachines marketing tools and salesforce.com CRM system to manage prospects
Quickly and effectively respond to leads, qualify them, and schedule initial first meeting with outside sales executive
Maintain a 3x(3+3) follow-up process
Build partner relationships to leverage partner sales teams and field programs, including Salesforce.com, Oracle and Xactly
Represent BigMachines at partner shows (Dreamforce, Oracle World, etc.)

| Qualifications: | High level of energy, persistence, discipline, and strong desire to do whatever it takes to win
Desire and ability to generate leads through effective networking, phone calls and marketing tools
Desire to move into enterprise sales position and passionate to make this move
Ability to evangelize a powerful new technology and way of doing business
Ability to quickly learn about the BigMachines solution and how this can meet customer needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally
3-6 years experience in inside sales
Proven ability to meet and exceed quota consistently
BS/BA from a reputable college or university
Competitive salary in line with previous experience and background
