As a Customer Service Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a powerful web application using some of the latest technologies.

| Duties: | Analyzing customer issues and communicating solutions and explanations.
Improving customer service process.
Documenting new product features and hosting web conferences to highlight new features.

| Qualifications: | BS or MS degree in Computer Science from a reputable 4-year college/university
Strong background and experience in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Perl, XSLT
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, analytical, and programming skills
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Quick learner and able to learn new programming languages on own as necessary
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a requirement.
Experience with front end related business processes is a plus, but not required
Experience with CRM applications (eg SFDC, Siebel On Demand), EAI middleware tools (eg Webmethods), on-demand SaaS application environment is a plus, but not required
